These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved through Geneva, Switzerland courts unless otherwise agreed.
This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which service cancellations are permitted and the corresponding obligations of both Conformix and its Clients. It applies to all users of the Conformix and associated services.
Clients may cancel their subscription services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.
For annual subscriptions, Clients are obligated to pay the full 12-month subscription fee regardless of early termination.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the Client will continue to have access to services until the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled by the Client at least 30 days before renewal. Conformix will notify the Client of any upcoming renewal.
If Clients opt to add a feature or pay for additional coverage of a user, chemical or region, and subsequently decide to terminate this additional plan, the cancellation period for this specific plan will be 3 months.
Clients engaging third-party service providers via Conformix are bound by the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. Conformix is not responsible for any disputes or refunds related to third-party service cancellations.
Conformix reserves the right to cancel any service engagement if it deems the Client to be in violation of the platform’s Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control such as natural disasters, government actions, policy changes, or technical failures. In such cases, Conformix will work with Clients to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions where possible.
Conformix absolutely reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform following the update will automatically constitute acceptance of the revised policy
